The aging problem is a major social problem in our country,and the lack of resources for the elderly brings huge burdens and pressures to the family and society.Driven by national policies,to provide an elderly care service platform that is precise,fully-covered,and highly efficient by using the Internet and the Internet of Things technology is a top priority.This also can alleviate the shortage of elderly care resources and release valuable medical resources.Therefore,this dissertation focuses on the operation management and optimization of the shared service platform for home care,and innovatively combines theories of sharing economy,home care,and bilateral matching,and then verifies and develops the evolutionary game theory and robust optimization theory.The main content of this dissertation is as follows.The main research contents of this paper are as follows: firstly,the innovative home-based care service platform and the classification of home-based care providers are studied respectively,and the demand for home-based care services and its influencing factors are also studied.In order to theoretically demonstrate the rationality of home-based elderly care sharing service platform,this paper systematically analyzes the characteristics,structure and model of sharing economic platform;Through the scientific sampling survey method,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the actual situation of the elderly population in the target area,and finds out the practical problems in the process of providing for the aged.Then,the evolutionary development mechanism and pricing management mechanism of pension industry are demonstrated by using evolutionary game theory and bilateral matching theory.The results show that both home-based care providers and home-based care providers need a home-based care service platform to improve the sharing of supply and demand information and scarce service resources;At the same time,a reasonable pricing strategy can achieve the healthy development of pension supply and demand matching.Secondly,in the operation and management process of home-based care service platform,the number of service providers with professional quality is less..To efficiently serve service providers,the efficient operation of the home care service platform provides guidance and guarantee for the platform medical staff,especially reflected in the necessary condition of path planning.In this dissertation,the planning of the optimal service path of the home care service platform is universal and suitable for home care services in any city.To verify the correctness and effectiveness of the path planning,a robust optimization model under uncertain conditions is constructed for verification,by taking the operation of the home care service platform in Tangshan City as an example.The experimental results show that the model path planning in Tangshan City is robust.Thirdly,in order to ensure the sustainability of the operation of home-based care service platform,the service pricing and charging of home-based care service platform is very important.Based on the concept theory of two-sided market platform and cross network externality,this paper constructs the relevant two-sided game model,analyzes the optimal pricing,optimal number of users and platform revenue of home-based care service platform,and discusses the optimal service pricing management strategy from the tripartite strategy selection.Through numerical case analysis,this paper summarizes the responsiveness of personnel transfer ratio and key parameters of cross network externality,provides support for the operation of home-based care sharing platform from many aspects,and explores the ways to realize the stable development of the platform.Finally,this thesis studies the pension payment security of sharing mode,and takes the questionnaire data of the elderly in Hebei Province as an empirical analysis to study the factors that affect the demand for pension services and the ability to pay of the home-based elderly.In the analysis of payment security,18 variables,such as age,gender,living area and spouse situation,are taken as the research points,and a sampling questionnaire survey is carried out for the elderly group in Qinhuangdao district.;On this basis,the binary logistic model of sharing home-based care is constructed,and the influencing factors of pension payment security variables are analyzed by regression,and then the key factors affecting pension payment security are summarized.A safe and efficient home-based care service system with payment guarantee is constructed,which provides support for improving the quality of care service and the living standard of home-based care.
