China is a large agricultural country, the rural population is more than half of totalpopulation, so the rural work must be payed more attention. In the process of ruraldevelopment, farmers’ material level has been greatly improved, but cultural life is verypoor, and the cultural needs of farmers can not be satisfied. At the same time, religionquietly warming, especially Christianity, spread rapidly in rural. The development ofChristian in rural areas will have a certain impact on the implementation and developmentof rural culture construction, this influence is various, both positive and negative aspects.This paper examines the Christianity is the cultural construction in the rural areas the roleof religion, play the positive energy.In this paper, the largest number in rural areas and influence of the Christian faith asthe research object, selects the familiar two village as the investigation site, throughparticipation in activities, random observation and depth interviews, investigation ofpropagation of Christian belief and its influence on rural culture construction, to explorethe Christian generated in the rural areas of public cultural life and the private cultural lifeof the positive or negative effect, so as to correctly guide Christian play to provide someuseful reference for the positive energy in the construction of rural culture.The first part describes two village geographical location, cultural environment,economic situation, through in-depth investigation and interview, through the investigationon the current situation of the Christian faith, and analyzes the characteristics of the localspread of Christianity.The second part is the analysis about factors of culture constructionpresent situation and effect of the local.The third part and the forth part separately fromthe two dimensions of public cultural field and personal field of culture, analysis of theeffect of Christianity which plays in the cultural construction in rural areas. The last part isthe reflection on the above phenomenon.
