The Study Of Countryside Culture Construction Of West China Under "Countryside, Agriculture, Peasant" Framework

Since reformation and openness of China, difference are extended continuously between east China and west China, city-region and countryside-region. After 20 century 90s', culture construction is being concerned by many people in our society, central government and local governments present over and over to reinforce culture construction and promote economic and society developing in countryside-region, countryside culture construction are very important in new period. Countryside culture construction of west region is not only long-term project of building rich society, but also very importance of resolving the problems of "peasant, agriculture and countryside" of west region. But how to strengthen countryside culture construction, what relationship between countryside culture constructions of west China and resolving the problems of "peasant, agriculture and countryside", it need explore from theory and it is the subject of analyzing in this paper.In this paper, author use gradually thorough method, analyzing condition of countryside culture and culture construction and being problems of west China firstly, then through analyzing feasibleness of countryside culture construction of west -region, exploring the inherent relation between countryside culture construction and resolving the problems of "peasant, agriculture and countryside", connecting countryside culture construction with countryside society construction, countryside economic construction, countryside ecology construction systematically, exploring entirely and extensively the inherent function in them;and establish theory model from countryside culture construction to "peasant, agriculture and countryside" profiting, searching useful and fitness model of countryside culture construction in western-region;And proposing some policy advice in theory in the end .
