This paper adopts the method of qualitativeresearch, by the case of deep trace and the interaction among multiple subjects to graspthe complexity of the event changes,at the same time,in pursuit of a kind of dynamicsocial fact, adopting the method of the process-event analysis.Through the inspection on the social foundation of peasants collective action andthe conflict events in the clan, and performing an analysis of multiple subject interactionand the choice of acting strategies under the background of self-organizing mobilizationin the conflict, the paper concludes that:First,in the clan village, the unincorporatedvillage is a self-organizing system, which is formed based on consanguineousidentity, geographical identity and maintenance of community interest.Second,Theinternal of self organizing system is ordered, because they have a common code ofconduct、ethics and social memory. In addition, they have a higher identification tomaintain the interests of the community.Third, the peasants collective action relied onthe village self-organization has a profound historical and socialbasis.Fourth,self-organizing mobilization can not only play a role in the development ofthe village, also protect the interests of the village community in the conflict. Fifth,self-organizing mobilization under the leading of village governance body, theinvolvement of activists and the third force in the villages, and peasants in the public’sparticipation form and guide peasants collective action. Sixth,as the elite of theorganizers can not only control the occurrence and size of collective action, but alsochoose the acting strategy to benefit community according to the reality.Seventh, thepeasants collective action of self-organizing mobilization presents four characteristics:mobilization mechanism is convenient, having a special information transmission andfeedback mechanism;the ability of organizing mobilization and the sense of identity arestronger and they are difficult for the external force to differentiate;the elite’s mastery isstrong, being able to take the situation under control; collective action can belong-lasting and the resentment can be inherited.Collective action of the self-organizing mobilization takes to safeguard theinterests of the community as the core, showing strong ability of organizingmobilization. But we need to realize that this kind of collective action is not aimed atpolitical demands. As the government of controller should be cautious to deal with thecollective action of peasants’ self-organization, avoiding that tensions rise by allmeans, not only to Safely solve problems at the grassroots level, but also to be morevigilant against other forces to take advantage of the action.
