The Research On The Social Organization Construction Of Yangxi County

Recently, with the development of our country ‘s socialistic market economy and theprogress of the society, all kinds of social organizations has increased and gradually gonedeep into many aspects of social politics and economy and the people’s production and life.The function of the social organizations becomes more and more important. And then thegovernment and the community pay high attention to the construction, management and thedevelopment problems of the social organizations. It shows that the social organizations playan important role in the social management, and it is important and urgent to strengthen theconstruction of the social organizations. But because the development of our socialorganizations is still in the primary stage, the social organizations exist many problems inoperation mechanism, management mechanism and the responsibility mechanism. From thepractice of Yangxi County, we can find out many problems such as the amount of the socialorganizations is insufficient, the organizational ability is not strong, and the lack of fund andthe personal quality is not higher. So I am going to give my point of views about theconstruction of the social organizations in Yangxi County in this thesis. The socialorganizations widely exist and serve the society. Contacting with the citizens who have avariety of interests let them become the promotion of social development and an importantfactor in social stability and unity. It has the extremely important theory significance andpractical significance to strengthen the research on the construction of social organizationsand find out its problems in the construction and the reasons that cause these problems. It canprovide the targeted measures for the construction of social organizations.This paper has used the literature research method, experience summary method, casestudy method and investigation method. And it applied some theories, such as the socialorganization and the new public service theory and the public governance theory. In thethesis, I used the case, empirical research and practice based selection of the socialorganizations at home and abroad, and took Yangxi County as a case and empirical socialorganization to discuss how to strengthen the construction of the county social organization inthe current background of social construction.Firstly, I analyzed the present situation of the construction of social organizations at home and abroad and also summarized the advanced experience in domestic and foreignsocial organizations. And then I used Yangxi Pharmaceutical Industry Association as a typicalcase, and analyzed the present situation of the construction of social organizations inYangxiCounty, then presented the existing problems in the construction of the social organizations inYangxi county. Through investigation and analysis, I have found that the social organizations’legal environment foundation is weak, and it lacked of guarantee for the development ofsocial organizations and local governments, the social system organization supervision andmanagement is not enough is the key reason. Finally, combined with the constructionopportunities and difficulties of the social organizations in Yangxi County, I put forward somecorresponding countermeasures from the optimization development environment, enhancingthe system guarantee, model innovation, enhancing the service function, and the improvementin the supervision level. This paper developed a county (grassroots) system framework ofsocial organization construction. It provided a useful reference for the innovation of the socialmanagement and social governance in order to promote the benign development of socialorganizations, strengthen the construction of county social organizational results,.
