Study On The Cooperation Between Government And Social Organization On The Ground Of Innovation Of Social Governance Mechanism

So Since the reform and opening up, with China’s the rapid development of market economy and the continunous change in governmental fuctions, social organizations develop steadily into one of the influential carriers of innovation of social governance mechanism, playing an important role in meeting the public needs and in social development. Therefore, the government-social organization relation has become an important subject concerning the transformation of governmental functions and the innovation of social management. However,there are contradictions and competitions during the cooperation and interaction between the two parties. And there is discrepancy and limitations within the government’s support and policies towards social organizations. The focus herein is to improve the cooperation mode between the government and social organizations, as well as the interactions, in order to achieve a win-win result.This dissertation is based on the study of the development of social organizations in China, making a comparison in the data of 3 kinds social organizations, i.e mass organization, private non-enterprise and fund in the past ten years. It made a sufficient research in the recent changes and trends of social organization development and structure, focusing on the adaptability and effectiveness of various the policy tools to support social organizations. Meanwhile, The game theory is used in the analysis of copperative and copetitive realtion between the government and social organizations, in order to study the main factors affecting the cooperation and the mechanism of benefit distribution. Then, with the development of the social organizations in Yantian District of Shenzhen as a case for empirical analysis, the article put forward operable suggestions on the existing problems of government and social organization.
