Under The Background Of Social Governance Innovation Research On Operation Mechanism And Management Model Of Supporting Social Organizations

This subject takes the social governance innovation as the background and the governance theory and the new public service theory as the theoretical basis,it selects the Nanjing J District Social Organization Development Service Center as a case,through literature review,field observation and other ways,it investigates and studies the operation mechanism and management mode of the Supportive social organization.First,based on analyzing the types,characteristics,functions,and models of supporting social organization,pointing out that the intrinsic link between supporting social organization and social governance innovation is mainly reflected in the following:Social governance innovation provides development opportunities for supporting social organizations and the development of supporting social organizations will help social governance system to innovation in turn.Secondly,taking the Nanjing J-supported social organization as a case,it focuses on the investigation and analysis of the innovative and beneficial practices of supportive social organizations such as the party-building leading mechanism,the charity venture capital mechanism,the incubation and fostering mechanism,the "1 + 1+N" management model.It is found that under the background of social governance innovation,supportive social organization is faced with the problems such as the lack of elements in the Party Construction due to inadequate advancing efforts in the operational mechanism,questioning of public welfare due to lack of credibility,and low efficiency of incubation due to lack of internal capability.At the same time,it was found that supportive social organization has difficulties in exerting subjective initiative under the dual management of the management model,the lack of consultation mechanism is difficult to achieve long effect linkage,and single channel of funds is hard to maintain normal management.Finally,based on the above-mentioned problems found in the investigation and study,drawing on the beneficial practical experience of the operation mechanism and management model of the supporting social organization in Nanjing J district,under the background of social governance innovation,the author put some measures and suggestions to standardize the operation mechanism and management model of supporting social organizations,For example,the following:putting forward an optimization work path to a more effective party construction work,Adhering to public welfare as the first to Reshaping a rational philanthropic venture capital mechanism and strengthening its own strength to achieve an efficient incubation and cultivating mechanism,etc.;clarifying the relationship between government and society to further give play to the initiative,building a dialogue mechanism,and rationalize the long-term linkage of three parties and broaden funding channels to;effectively maintain the scientific normal management effectively.
