| As the result of the establishment of modern enterprise system and the reform of thestate-owned enterprise, the enterprise management system of Shengli oil field, which belongsto Sinopec the state-owned oil company, is undergoing profound revolution. As the assistantand standby force of Shengli oil field Communist Party and government organizations,Shengli Communist Youth League consist5800full-time and part-time cadres. The YouthLeague cadres are responsible for leading nearly80000Youth League members to participatethe oil field production and management construction, and to protect oil field reformdevelopment.
