Food safety law since2009, through comparing the data we found aphenomenon, the decrease in the number of administrative punishment ofslight irregularities exist in the process of food safety supervision, such as donot conform to the requirements of the health food production and operationenvironment、tableware is not in conformity with the sanitary requirements、in violation of the provisions of food workers, health management. Whetherin the food safety law after the application of such mild illegal behavior isreduced? The actual situation of research and data analysis, found that suchillegal act is not reduced. What causes this phenomenon? How to reasonablyuse legal means to effectively correct the mild in food regulatory violationsthat worthy of our in-depth study. These difficulties among administrativelaw enforcement.Therefore, based on the food regulatory slight irregularities in the administrative punishment as the research content, restaurant in Shanghairegulation the presence of slight irregularities in present situation and thesituation of the administrative punishment as a research starting point, toexplore the influencing factors of catering units mild violations occurred,administrative punishment for correcting catering units mild illegal behaviorand the effect of administrative law enforcement agencies in correcting slightirregularities in the existing problems in the use of administrative punishment.Through a variety of research methods, to analyze how to better regulate anduse good administrative punishment, so as to better regulate food operator’sbehavior, better keep the lifeline of food safety.
