As a new means of scientific management, catering service food safetysupervision and quantitative classification management system has improvedadministrative efficiency, promoted openness in government affairs andpromoted the positive role of corporate self-regulation. But there still existsome problems in content, guarantee system and other aspects.This article puts forward some suggestions for better implementation ofthe management system through the empirical research. And on this basis,propose to establish the work mode which combines of the traditionaladministrative action and informal administrative action, fully play thepositive role of informal administration, to enrich the connotation andextension of supervision work and strengthen the catering supervisionpractically.
