The Research On The Relieve Ways Of The Social Security Disputes

The social security is an important system project which can ensure thelabor right of live, disperse the enterprise risk and guarantee the harmoniousand steady of society. With the continual development of reform andopenness and market economy in our country, the needs to the social securitybecome more and more, at the same time, the disputes of the social securitygrow increasingly. As a result, how to relieve the disputes of the socialsecurity is directly impacted to whether the labor right can be ensured or not,whether the system of the social security can be improved or not, and even tothe overall situation of our harmonious and steady of society.In order to work in with“The law of labor contract”published at2008Jan.1st and “The law of mediation and arbitration to labor disputes”published at2008May1st, the third judicial interpretation by the supremepeople court about the inquisition of labor dispute is issued. However, in thecourse of practical relieve to the disputes of social security, several difficultpositions appeared which need to resolve urgently. I, as the writer, want to summarize the historical development of the treatment to the disputes ofsocial security, analyze the problems of current system from the point oftheory and practice, and also try to give some advises.This essay is divided to five parts. The first chapter clears the historicaldevelopment of the treatment to the social security disputes in our country.The second and third chapters say about the current difficulties and the causeanalysis of the treatment to the social security disputes. The fourth chapter isto give advises to improve the relieve ways of the social security disputes.
