College student village official policy since2008began a nationwide large-scaleimplementation, a new body of college student village official, then went into public view,increasingly attracting widespread attention. They are the rural dry personnel billabong ofinjected water, greatly improved the age structure of the contingent of rural grassroots cadresand the knowledge structure. They are building a new socialist countryside, with its ownunique advantages and play an irreplaceable role. But most of them are collegegraduates.They have little work experience, and the rural grassroots work experience iseven blank. How do you communicate with local village cadres and villagers to let themaccept you. In the face of all kinds of complicated work in rural areas, whether they can taketime for? Whether they will become burnout because of excessive work pressure? This paperis to study the content.Through the literature review that, to explore the domestic and foreign scholars on jobstress and job burnout has been studied a lot, but the self-efficacy as a mediator of notmuch, the research on this special group of college students village official is even less. Inview of this, we sent out questionnaires to collect data and used spss17.0to executethe statistical analysis. Explore the university student village official of the relationshipbetween job stress and job burnout, and self-efficacy mechanism of action of the intermediaryvariable. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Working pressure has a significant positiveimpact on Job Burnout of college graduate village official;(2)Working pressure has asignificant negative impact on Self-efficacy of college graduate village official;(3)Self-efficacy has a significant negative impact on Job Burnout of college graduate villageofficial;(4)Self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role between working stress and job burnout.On this basis, put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of prevention and mitigationof the university student village official job pressure and job burnout, in order tohelp students better in practice to adapt to working environment, stimulate the enthusiasm forwork, make it play its due role in the new rural construction, so as to realize the value of yourlife.
