Social insurance fund is the physical basis of the social security system and it’s operation relates to people’s life, in other words, social insurance fund is the last defense of social stability. What’s more, the security of social insurance fund is the most core point of it and it is the key factor of the success of social insurance career. On the other hand, the government as the subject of pushing social security system, it should show its functions in the course of social insurance fund supervision as possible. For our country, establishing and completing the social insurance fund operation supervision system and mechanism are not only the effective measure to improve the social insurance security and make it hedging and appreciation but also the necessary of achieving the sustainable development of social insurance system. As the further reform of our country economy structure, there are more and more obstacles and problems. Nowadays, lots of reform measures are hard to carry out, which is mainly caused by the backward social security that especially include lack of social insurance fund supervision and the unscientific operation management.Similar to the national situation, Jiangxi social security career is mainly influenced by the security and lack of supervision. As we all know, the development level of Jiangxi economic is falling behind many other areas of China, thus, although all levels of Jiangxi government and enterprises have paid much attention to improve the social security work, the relatively backward economic would restrict the social insurance fund investment in a certain extent. It is unrealistic that it can completely depend on social pooling to solve the problems of social insurance fund. At the same time, there are many supervision problems of the social security fund, which lead to the phenomenons occur frequently such as social security fund occupied and diverted. Many aspects of reasons cause the obvious gap between the current situation of Jiangxi social security fund and the development demands of the social security, therefore, if not to do a good job on the social security fund investment and safety supervision, Jiangxi social security career will face the greater challenge.This article is divided into five chapters. At first, it discusses the theory and practice of social insurance fund supervision, and then it gives the definition of social insurance fund.Moreover, it discusses the contents and ways of the social security fund supervision.Then it analyzes the current supervision problems of China social insurance fund and investment channels, and the problems of the fund operation. Secondly, it discusses the current supervision situation of Jiangxi social insurance fund supervision. What’s more, it analyzes the problems and reasons of Jiangxi social insurance fund supervision by combining 5 classic cases which includes endowment insurance, medical insurance, industrial injury insurance,maternity insurance and unemployment insurance. At last, in order to solve the problems of social insurance fund supervision, it gives the recommendations which include completing legal system, strengthening administrative supervision, establishing disclosure system, strengthening social supervision and informatization construction, developing integrity idea and system.
