With the rapid development of Internet technology,e-commerce— a new trade patterns gradually goes into people’s lives,it is quickly occuping the main position of the people’s life by means of its many advantages.Represented by B2 C e-commerce is not only a new opportunity for the contemporary society,but also a series of severe challenges.The increasing number of electronic business online trading disputes is a part of one of the most can not be ignored.B2 C e-commerce transactions with the regional cross-cutting, trading on the characteristics of small quantities led to the use of traditional dispute resolution methods to solve their disputes can not effectively deal with an increasing number of online trading disputes.With a fumble ceaselessly in practice, the overseas has developed a effective way to deal with this situation, which is an article will explore the online dispute resolution mechanism with abbreviation for the ODR.The ODR exploration abroad has achieved good effects in practice,due to its architecture in the aspect of the internet, not limited to the area, and has the advantages of lower cost,so it has a good reference for our country to develop B2 C online dispute resolution mechanism.In this article, through the introduction of the characteristics of the ODR and B2 C e-commerce disputes and patterns, combined with the status and experience in China and abroad, puts forward to the future development of online dispute resolution mechanism in China to build a more suitable for China’s national conditions of the ODR mode.This paper mainly divided into the following four chapters:The first chapter mainly introduced the basic knowledge of B2 C e-commerce dispute and ODR, from its types and characteristics are discussed, and at the same time make the necessity of analysis for using the ODR to solve China’s B2 C e-commerce disputes.The second chapter mainly introduces the foreign advanced and mature development mode of the ODR, respectively, for the consumer complaint system, online consultation system, online mediation system and online arbitration system, so as to provide good reference for our country.The third chapter mainly introduces the current status and experience, using the ODR and difficulties to the development of our country at present the ODR has carried on the rational analysis.The fourth chapter on the basis of the above, this paper puts forward to build our country B2 C online dispute resolution mechanism under the environment of rational construction, respectively from the basic system level, legal level,technology level and the good faith system level ideas are put forward.
