Along with the Internet information age, administrative supervision effectively to the online advertising has become an important function of our country government department. To monitor Online advertising is the inevitable requirement of our country to develop the advertising business, and also conducive to create a good environment for the online advertising market development as well as the consumers’ legal rights and interest’s protection.At present, the Online advertising market of China good and evil people mixed up, false advertising and product placement in violation of the rights of Online users. However, because of the Online advertising regulation in our country related system is not perfect, make a lot of illegal advertisement phenomenon exist a large amount for a long time, severely disrupted the normal economic order in our country. If don’t carry on Online advertising regulation timely and effectively, the Online advertising marketing value would difficult to implement in an all-round way, and the development of the online advertising market will be impeded. So, the urgency of the reality requires us to face to face with the current network advertising administrative regulation, put forward concrete countermeasures of perfecting our country’s online advertising administrative regulation based on the experience of the advanced countries on online advertising regulation.The starting point of this paper is a basic problem of online advertising executive regulation, in according to the analysis of current online advertising administrative regulation in our country and existing problems, on the basis of analysis and summary of experience on the United States, the European Union, Japan and other countries in online advertising administrative regulation practice, put forward the concrete suggestions of perfecting our country’s network advertising administrative regulation.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part: "The theoretical basis of administrative supervision of Internet advertising ". This chapter mainly discusses the concept of network advertising and its regulation, characteristics and the necessity of regulation, so as to provide theoretical support for later discussion.The second part: "China’s online advertising present situation and existing problems of the administrative regulation". These chapters through analysis of online advertising regulatory legislation present situation and the status of the law enforcement to extract the outstanding problems that exist in the concrete regulation.The third part: "the present state of foreign online advertising administrative regulation and experiences". This chapter through introducing online advertising administrative supervision practice at the United States, the European Union and Japan, on the basis of summarizing the regulatory experience, summing up the regulatory experience for China’s national conditions.The fourth part: "the countermeasures of perfecting our country’s Online advertising administrative regulation". According to the problems of our country in the network advertisement that existing in the administrative regulation, the author puts forward the specific countermeasures to perfect our country online advertisement administrative regulation, by using the experience of abroad and our country’s current regulatory status.
