From the ancient Greek philosophers to the Enlightenment thinkers in the modern times, from Aristoteles to Hegel, a great deal of sages studied so hardly on the relationship between the country and the individual that they accumulated a large number of knowledge for the development of our society. On the base of their study, Marx developed his own ideology on country and individual. He thought that the practical individual was the starting point for the study, because the nature of human beings is the sum of all the social relationships and the need of the practical individual promotes the development of human society. He thought that the bourgeois human rights was illusive and human being would develop freely only in the real community. In China, the balance between country and individual is unstable and there are so many social problems. So studying the Marx’s ideology on the relationship between the country and the individual is good for us to find the power of theory to solve the problems. The artic is divided into four parts:Part one mainly introduces the reason of why we study Marx’s ideology on the relationship of the country and the individual\the research status of the question and how to make it.Part two mainly studies the historic origin of Marx’s ideology on the relationship of the country and the individual, and introduces the relevant theories of Aristoteles’ \Hobbs’ \Locke’s and Hegel’s.Part three mainly analyses Marx’s criticism to Hegel’s national view, studies the bases of Marx’s ideology on the relationship of the country and the individual and proves that the individual has a basic position in the country, introduces the Marx’s philosophical consideration on human rights, and introduces the Marx’s theories about the real community\the disappearance of the country\the liberation of human beings.Part four mainly points out the contemporary values of Marx’s ideology on the relationship of the country and the individual.
