Study On The Dilemmas And Countermeasures In The Vietnamese Govermment To Fight Corruption

Corruption has long been a common problem in many countries and regions of the world face. Since the reform and opening up, Vietnam in achieving the same time, rapid economic and social transformation and development, but also faces enormous pressure on the spread of corruption, although the Vietnamese government to actively explore the road controlling corruption problem, but many factors affected by the economic environment, political environment, social environment, etc. influence, Vietnam has become one of the world’s most serious national problem of corruption, corruption has been regarded as Vietnam’s "national calamity."Faced with complex international and domestic environment, anti-corruption in Vietnam, local governments are more and more attention. In this study, Dinh south, for example, the use of literature research, field studies, comparative study of the plight of the Vietnamese government law on anti-corruption was discussed and put forward relevant proposals. The study found that the problem of corruption in Vietnam have diversity, repeated development, intractable, and personal corruption and mass corruption coexistence characteristics; change with the times and showing a new feature on corruption in Vietnamese society is causing harm huge, mainly in the destruction of the government’s image, the impact of social stability and development of economic losses, the impact of the four aspects of the international community; the Vietnamese government has adopted a series of anti-corruption struggle, but there are many problems due to the economic reforms impact of political reform has lagged behind, individual public officials is not high quality, diverse briber bribery and other factors, the Vietnam anti-corruption government level there are multiple difficulties, the institutional level, the legal level and the implementation level. In order to break the anti-corruption work in the dilemma, I suggest the values to guide and strengthen anti-corruption culture; deepen reform, make full use of institutional corruption; corruption technological innovation, building a network anti-corruption mechanisms; sound legal mechanism, the implementation of anti-corruption law in four aspects to improve the anti-corruption system and promote anti-corruption work.
