The Analysis On Evidence’s Effectiveness Of Full Synchronous Audio And Vedio Recordings

As a kind of system, full sync audio and video recordings which can decrease the torture and standardize the process of investigation and interrogation, has gradually been accepted by the academics and practitioners of justice. Meanwhile, the system had achieved very impressive success. And the full sync audio and video recordings have also been used as the evidence in the judicial practice, not only to prove the legitimacy of the interrogation process, but also to prove the case facts directly. However, such progress of the past just stayed at the level of institution building, and there is little focus on the effectiveness of the full synchronous audio and video recording.Therefore, in order to make the issue described in detail, the author chose to discuss it from the perspective of evidence application of synchronous audio and video recordings. On the basis of collecting the data and doing some empirical analysis, the author attempted to depict the real situation and dilemma of our country on the implement of the full synchronous audio and video recordings, and then try to put forward some feasible program to upgrade its effectiveness.The structure of the whole paper was divided into six parts. The first part of the article mainly contained the background and the value of the thesis and analyzed the present situation of research which was related to the thesis; Then the second part of the article which primarily defined the definition of the evidence effectiveness on the full synchronous audio and video recordings through the static and dynamic aspects; and the last four-part article is the substance of this paper. In the third part, the author summarized up the anticipated effectiveness of the full synchronous audio and video recordings on the evidence application which was used to measure the real situation of it. And the fourth part of the article was a description of the specific performance on the evidence application of the full synchronous audio and video recordings which was not ideal. The fifth part of the article mainly analyzed the detailed reason on the the ineffectiveness of the evidence application. Finally, the author tried to propose some solution in the Part VI which was correspond to the the above reason.
