In this paper, drawn from the legal point of view the study of state-owned land on the housing levy and compensation to Dingxi City as an example, through positive study to identify issues and propose solutions to this problem, the full text is divided into four chapters.The first chapter briefly describes the situation in the country housing levy system, to clarify the concept of expropriation and compensation of property; Analysis of state-owned land on the housing levy compensation related laws, regulations and normative documents, to lay the foundation for future study of this article.Chapter Ⅱ impose a more detailed discussion of the theoretical basis of the compensation system.
