Micro-blog network public opinion has some new characteristics in the new era and the historical conditions. In the course of my work, I experienced the"8.24"children injury case and the Taiyuan Longcheng police station "12.13" event. The public security organ as a social management under the new situation is even related event participants. Facing the new public opinion seems to be at a loss what to do, but the micro-blog opinion leaders as the representative of the network public opinion has played an important role in the formation of various types of network public opinion that the police involved in. That to some extent influence the public opinion’s development, at the same time plays a role of intervention to the event.This paper mainly choose "Linfen 8.24" harm children case as research sample, by using the method of case study make A deep study on the role the micro-blog opinion leaders play in the case for public opinion formation and orientation.The author made a research based on a series of data analysis. And she explore the four stages about the evolution involving police public opinion.Then explained the classification, recognition and effect on the way of micro-blog opinion leader in the case. Based on the foregoing analysis,the author thinks that the action of the micro-blog opinion leaders mainly through agenda setting mechanism, media synergy mechanism and "focal amplification mechanism to achieve. Then the author analyzed the micro-blog opinion leaders involving the police network public opinion on the positive guidance, the negative direction and the influence limitations in the case. Finally, the writer has carried on the analysis to the crisis management and coping strategies of public opinion on police event from the government, the media and other point of view.
