Social Casework Intervene In The Research Of Rescue Service Vagrants And Beggars

The problem is that the universality of vagrants and beggars in the world, the State’s different social-economic transition in times of change, inevitably will face vagrants and beggars increasing in social problems. At present, China is in a deep social and economic structure adjustment period, an increasing number of urban vagrants and beggars, how fast and effective professional assistance and provision of services, in order to better help them out of the woods, self-help, return to the family, into society as government, social and academic needs to deal with social problems, have also become an important academic issues.In this study, the city rescue station within the L weariness runaway female adolescents and unemployed young men have the ability to work for the study, carrying out practical intervention caseworkers involved in,using social concepts and methods to develop targeted social assistance, and effective improving the matter of psychological and behavioral problems,in order to introduce the perspective of social workers begging for rescue work to improve the effectiveness of relief aid such groups. The study found that cases of social work practice rescue intervened lack of support assistance system, the lack of support of social resources and lack of assistance social forces, there is no coordinated follow-up assistance. Therefore, the need to upgrade rescue work, temporary administrative social assistance turned professional long-acting relief classification, sound and regulation begging rescue system, accelerate the development assistance station setting the pace of social work, social assistance agencies trial purchase of professional services,increase the outflow of vagrants and beggars in key areas of governance efforts, and promote social work services in rural communities of rural residents.
