Funeral reform concerns the people’s physical, a set of mature management system, management mechanism and management model will be the funeral reform to run smoothly. Funeral management involving 16 management departments in Chaoyang, powers and responsibilities regardless of the multiple management phenomenon is very serious, with typical significance in the existing management system in our country, the cause of the problem of how to identify the bulls management, this paper raised the detail measures for crack bull management, has the very high research value.The study found that the funeral in Chaoyang market management is not standard, there are many different kinds of administrative permission, function overlapping phenomenon is serious.
