Research On The System Of Community Correction

Community correction legislation is gradually being established. But it is not a special law to adjust the system of community correction. And some Experimental files are Conflict with the law. The community inmates’education become a mere formality. So there are not enough effectively supervision and management. Therefore we should speed up the legislative process of community correction and improve the "community correction law (Draft)". Furthermore, we should specifies the objects of Community correction and improve the level of community correction work team. Only in this way, can we perfect the system of Community correction.
