Our country is a multi-ethnic country which has a basic characteristic that unbalanced regional development, especially in ethnic minority regions, this is not only because of the historical and geographical, but also the lack of talent is an important reason. The public sector cadres play a decision role in the development of minority regions as a representative of the social public interest, have the responsibility to carry out various policies to the masses and lead the masses of ethnic minorities to develop the economy. We must establish a high quality of ethnic minority cadres which include the construction female cadres of minority nationalities in order to promote the balanced development of our society. The fourth plenary session of the fourteenth approve the<Decision> provisions that training and selection the leading cadres who both have ability and political should be as an important link in the great new undertaking and strengthening the selection and training cadres work among ethnic minorities. How to raining scientific and effective and improve the ability and quality of women cadres of minority nationalities has become an important issue in today’s academia and the public sector.This article is aimed at the selection problem of female cadres of minority nationalities in Inner Mongolia, organize the related domestic literature, summarize and analyze the concepts of women cadres, women cadres from ethnic minority On the basis of previous studies at the first, in order to further clarify the characteristics and the selection of the conditions of women, especially female cadres of minority nationalities in Inner Mongolia. Then, on the basic of ethnic theory and policy, social gender theory, career self-efficacy theory and the gender human capital theory, combining the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, analysis and summarizes the problems and shortcomings in the selection of female cadres of minority nationalities in Inner Mongolia. As the Career self-efficacy theory the analytical framework, point out the main causes of the obstacle in the selection of female cadres of minority nationalities. At last, design the path of selection female cadres of minority nationalities in Inner Mongolia.Although our country attaches great importance to the selection of female cadres of minority nationalities, but due to various reasons such as preference for sons, Women cadres don’t have sufficient space and conditions in the personal development. It has little research on the ethnic minority women cadres in Academic. Theoretical research significantly lags behind the factual need of the development of the ethnic minority areas. This article attempts through targeted research, put out a perfect selection countermeasures of female cadres of minority nationalities, in order to build a high-quality cadres, promote the development of Inner Mongolia region and he realization of the great objective of building a harmonious society in our country.
