Anderdeveloped Counties In National Regions Young Cadres Training Study Guyang County In Inner Mongolia As An Example

China is a unified multi-ethnic country,affects the development of the whole country,the development of the ethnic minority areas need strong intellectual support and talent guarantee.Set of less-developed county rich in national regions and the security and stability of contradiction,is the emphasis and difficulty in the development area,more need to cultivate a large number of important task of the outstanding cadres,provide support for the development.Look from the reality,these areas of cadres,especially the young cadre,quantity is little,age,educational background,specialty is inconsistent with job requirements and not qualified for jobs,to a certain extent,affected the development of economy and society.Therefore,increasing national area underdeveloped county the cultivation of young cadres,become an important and urgent task in less developed areas.Guyang county of Inner Mongolia,as one of the key regional poverty development,are now in a critical period of poverty engines,are faced with the problem is more serious,pays special attention to the outstanding and young cadre team construction is of great significance to the future development.In this paper,from the perspective of public management,Guyang county in Inner Mongolia as an example,underdeveloped county in ethnic areas of young cadres training problems are studied.First of all,summarizes the relevant concepts and basic theory,including the concept of the ethnic minority areas,young cadres,training,and illustrates the related theory of use,including the theory of leadership traits,and the theory of competency.Secondly,analyzed the present situation,training of young cadres and results of Guyang county.Once again,deeply analyzes the problems existing in the training process of Guyang young cadres.Finally,puts forward the perfect Guyang young cadres training a series of countermeasures and suggestions for the less developed areas to cultivate young cadres and young cadres policy provide certain theoretical basis and practical guidance.
