The problem of training of the minority cadres is an important issue which is related to the national unity, social stability and economic development, the party and the country have always attached much importance to the cultivation of the minority cadres, since the establishment of the new china, in the process of the training and selection of the minorities, the party and the government have formulated a series of training policies on the basis of china's actual situation, and in the practice of them, they have continuously explored and innovated, which have developed a batch of outstanding minority cadres so as to ensure that the party's principals and policies can realize smoothly, in the long run of practice, the party and the government have made an entire set of policies in the training and selection of minority cadres.After long-term efforts, the party and the country have made some progresses in the training of ethnic minorities. However, since the reform and opening up, especially nowadays'highly developed socialist market, some problems of the minority cadres training have gradually appeared, such as low quality of cadres, incompetence of integrated service capability, unreasonable structure of cadres and so forth. These defects have seriously hindered the development of the economy and culture of multi-national area economy. Moreover, in recent years, the serious phenomenon of "difficult to lead the talent and hard to leave the talent" in ethnic areas makes the ethnic minority areas, which are rich in natural resources, difficult to be developed and utilized. So it is crucial to train a number of minority cadres with excellent morals and academic skills. In this process, the key is to establish a set of perfect mechanism adapted to the minority cadres cultivation, which can really solve the training of minority cadres and the realistic problem in national regions. The history has proved that minority cadres, whether in the period of Anti-Japanese War or the War of Liberation, or in the development period of socialist, the minority cadres have made important contributions. Therefore, paying special attention to the training of the minorities has a great and practical significance for national unity, social stability and national prosperity.This article has comprehensively analyzed and studied the background and meaning of the subject on the basis of predecessors who have studied the training and mechanism of minority cadres, and of sorting relevant materials to analyze the existing problems and reasons of the training and construction mechanism of minority cadres in current China. Among them, the main problem is the lack of fair in the selection of cadres, single mode of training and brain drain in current national cadre training mechanism. To solve these problems, this paper puts forward some practical strategies to improve the current situation of cultivation of cadres, so as to provide some references for training and selecting mechanism of minority cadres in China.
