Competition is in the growing environment of market economy, its emergence has its unique significance. Western countries has experienced a free economy to the transformation of state intervention in the economy, and with the reform and opening in China, and also from the planned economy to market economy, the country gives more market space, and only visible hand of the state to the appropriate intervention.Business promotion is indispensable in the process of market main body in the economic operation a means of attractive business promotion often to better explore the market for operators to promote sales. The current market trading, business promotion but not operator competition is the key, also in virtually affects a lot of consumer choice of goods. But with the development of science and technology, more and more false propaganda behavior in market competition. False advertising as a means of unfair competition, not only seriously harm the interests of consumers, but also harm the legitimate competition relationship between commodity operators, disturb the market economic order, hindered the healthy and rapid development of the socialist market economy.
