A Study On The Farmers’ Satisfaction With The Present Stuation Of Public Products And Influence Factors

Currently, How to solve the issue of the efficiency of the rural public goods supply is a main issue in the new rural construction. The rural public goods supply decision-making mechanism is a collective decision system in China, but the supply of rural public goods is still a seriousiy inadequate, however, the rapid growth of national financial resources during this period, which undoubtedly has created favorable conditions for the provision of rural public goods. The provision of public goods in rural areas and perfect plays a prove effective role in the new rural construction.At present,The rural economy of forest region is in a state of underdeveloped in a long time.but the supply of rural public goods is still a seriousiy inadequate. It caused by objective reasons and also subjective reasons, But in which the inefficient supply of public goods in rural areas is one of the most important reasons. Currently,There are less research on the efficient supply of public goods in rural region, Therefore,It is very important to rural economy of forest region for study the efficiency of rural public goods supply.And because the public goods in rural areas are service for the farmers,From the perspective of farmers,the dirct feelings of use rural public goods is a most convincing indicator to evaluate the efficiency of rural public goods supply.At the same time, the efficiency of the provision of public goods in rural areas is an important academic and policy issues which urgently to answer in the management of rural public goods theory and practice.Therefore this study based on satisfaction theory and take Taihu’forest right reform as background, combining with the way of theoretical analysis and empirical research, from the farmers perspective, Through questionnaires,we can know the status of rural public goods’ satisfaction.Finally, using the Probit model regression analysis the satisfaction factors which impact of rural public products. Analysis showed that the main factors affecting satisfaction of the public goods in rural areas are farmers’education,farmers’ income. While the distance from households to towns, transportation convenience, health care accessibility,age is only affected the satisfaction of individual rural public products and have impact on rural public products in some way, The study aslo suggest that gender, marital status which has no impact on rural public goods’ satisfaction.
