Party’s mass line education is an important part of the theoretical system of ideological and political education, it plays an important role.Party’s mass line educational practice effects were studied, not only helping expand the Party’s mass work and innovation theory, enriching and developing Marxism theoretical system of ideological and political education, ideological and political education to open up a new horizon,but also helping promote effectively to carry out the mass line educational practice and improving the Party members and cadres of accomplishment, building a good party, cadre. Thus, in the long run, the effect of the party’s mass line educational practice were studied, in order to promote the interests of the people being the starting point and ending point of the great cause of socialism continues to advance and protect the cause of the party’s victory made constantly.In this study, methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to Marxist theory and ideological and political education theory as the theoretical guidance, on the basis of existing research results,combined with the Party’s mass line educational practice work carried out the actual situation by building scientific evaluation system effects,the effects of the current Party’s mass line educational practice were studied and analyzed the factors affecting summarized the Party’s mass line educational practice effects, and finally to enhance the Party’s mass line educational the effectiveness of proposed countermeasures.The results showed that with the Party’s mass line educationalpractice gradually carried out in the country, the majority of party members and cadres deep ideological baptism, restoring the fine tradition of criticism and self-criticism, effectively inhibited the "four winds" outstanding issues, initially established long-term mechanism of style. The study found that influence of the Party’s mass line educational practice the effect of the main factors is the history of traditional factors, institutional mechanisms factors and cadres of the building.Party’s mass line educational practice has yielded considerable success, but we should also clearly see that in terms of improving the style and the results achieved are still preliminary, it is just the beginning.Party’s mass line educational practice need to solve the problem of a badstyle rally the masses are most concerned about, the people most looking forward to achieve a "good situation to continue to improve the style of" good vision.
