With the popularity of Internet, the network has penetrated into people’s life. Network provides convenience to people’s life, but also has changed people’s life to some degree. But in recent years, the network increasingly frequent has been attacked by invasion of privacy. For example, "human flesh search" event is against the interests of the parties. These network privacy invasions not only infringed upon the legitimate rights and interests of the parties, but also lead to reduction of security of the network environment. Therefore, how to protect citizens’ privacy in the network environment is the key of this paper.The paper chooses to internet privacy as the research object, using comparative analysis method of how domestic and international network privacy have been protected,thus providing a positive approach to solve the problem how to protect internet privacy, which you can complete and make understand comprehensive network protection Privacy. On this basis, the article is divided into four parts. The first part is to define the concept of privacy, focusing on privacy and related concepts of network analysis to indicate network privacy infringement possess characteristics. The second part mainly describes the existing protect mole of the privacy under the present status quo, and then extracts the privacy of our network remedies which set forth sufficient. The third part is aimed to focus on the comparison between domestic network privacy remedies and overseas ways. We will get some useful advices from the overseas remedies from the perspective of general personality and broad privacy protections. The fourth part is the conclusion of our countries’ own network privacy protection and make a sound legal system network privacy relief through learning from the extraterritorial remedies.
