With the popularity of Internet, the network has penetrated into people’s life. Network provides convenience to people’s life, but also has changed people’s life to some degree. But in recent years, the network increasingly frequent has been attacked by invasion of privacy. For example, "human flesh search" event is against the interests of the parties. These network privacy invasions not only infringed upon the legitimate rights and interests of the parties, but also lead to reduction of security of the network environment. The third part is aimed to focus on the comparison between domestic network privacy remedies and overseas ways. We will get some useful advices from the overseas remedies from the perspective of general personality and broad privacy protections. The fourth part is the conclusion of our countries’ own network privacy protection and make a sound legal system network privacy relief through learning from the extraterritorial remedies.
