As an independent personality right, privacy has more than 100 years of history which from the originally proposed to now. People pay more and more attention at the protection of privacy. In expanding high-tech information age, the against acts to the privacy become more and more diversified and complicated. Strengthening the protection of privacy is necessary. The first part of my paper introduces the definition of privacy, the origin and development, and then analyzes the internet effect on the privacy, pointed out that the separate definition of internet privacy is unnecessary. It is just the extent on the internet. The second part describes several countries'law of the protection to privacy, especially introduces the U.S. and EU Internet Privacy Protection modes, and then describes our protection of privacy on the internet. It also analyzes the significance and deficiencies of "Tort Liability Act" to privacy protection in our country. The third part analyzes two forms of privacy violations type. One form is the illegal obtain of personal information, the other form is the illegal disclosure of personal privacy life. It particular writes the emphasis on the illegal disclosure of personal privacy life which is related to "human flesh search" in the next part. Then introduces the profiles of "human flesh search", characteristics, subject and civil remedies of the against act to "human flesh search". It also analyzes the officials'privacy issues in "human flesh search". The paper points out that under the conflict of privacy right and the right to get information, the officials are not have no privacy.
