A Study On Legal Regulation For Preventing The Invasion Of Alien Species

With the rapid development of the economy, the living environment for human beings become worse than before, the eco-security cannot be assured, and the ecological risks emerges frequently. The invasion of foreign species has become the key factor which damages the eco-security. To make the laws and regulations about the prevention of the invasion of foreign species safe and sound, the study of the relative laws and regulations shall analyze the corresponding problem and then propose the solutions to the invasion of foreign species. According to the theory of risk assessment and the perspective of ecological law, they can provide the theoretical support for the enactment of the laws for the prevention of the invasion of foreign species. The corresponding successful methods and advanced mechanism in the developed countries can be combined with the reality in China, so that they shall be the cases to support the enactment of the relative laws and regulations as well. It is very significant to facilitate the sustainable development of China’s society and benefit the construction of socialist harmonized society.
