Reserch On Extradition And Alternative Measures Of Extradition

Extradition, the suspect fled to countries with the most important, the most traditional way. Extradition system because of its long history and the system is very complicated, especially the western countries and improve the legal system, the conditions of its application and stringent, treaty pretage principle, the principle of non extradition of political crime, the principle of non extradition of death penalty,double imputation principles, these principles while ensuring the system of extradition is not abused, but also because of the abuse of these principles and hinder some legal construction is still relatively backward countries to extradite work such as in China,many criminals are still be still unpunished. Extradition alternative measures is our country after all these years of exploration, a finding from the side around a key to solve these problems. The characteristics of flexible, simple and fast became a focus in the field of international law. But its systematization, institutionalization is far from being formed. This paper aims to systematic way and extradition extradition alternative measures and put forward some personal opinions.
