It has been seven years from the recent financial crisis, but the senior executive’s salary in the state-owned enterprises is the object of social discussion. The senior executive’s salary in the state-owned monopoly enterprise, which is a typical representative of the state-owned enterprise is more of a public concern. Through the investigation, we find that the salary of the state-owned monopoly enterprise is showing a too high level. We need to use the law to rectify the unjustified situation, and at first we should find out the various reasons. Other than that, the sound legal system is the fundamental force that guarantees the effectiveness of the salary reform. Analyzing China’s existing legal system,the results are disappointing that are at best confused and at worst useless. In order to rectify the unjustified salary of the state-owned monopoly enterprise in an orderly way, firstly we must deal with outstanding phenomena, and establish the senior ’s salary in the stated owned enterprises legal mechanism step by step.Document retrieval and comparison are mainly used in the thesis. In the first place, thetext learns the foreign legal system that has been used to correct their senior ’s salary in the state-owned companies specially. Secondly the article suggest we classify the competitive and monopoly state-owned enterprises and erect classification system, because the monopoly state-owned enterprises have the monopolistic advantage and the companies ’ profitability cannot accurately reflect their seniors’ business acumen. |
