The state-owned enterprises have a pivotal position in our country,which are the lifeline of the national economy.It has made irreplaceable contribution to GDP growth and improvement of people's living standard.Since the enforcement of the reform and opening-up policy,China's market economy developed rapidly.In order to integrate into the tide of market economy,state-owned enterprises have also carried out a series of reforms which had made brilliant achievements,But when we are happy with these achievement,we can not ignore the issues of state - owned enterprises existing in the process of development.For example,the standard of senior managers' remuneration is a heated discussion.However,due to the historical reasons and the particularity of the state-owned enterprise,solving this problem still faces the severe challenges.This thesis is divided into four parts.The first part makes a brief introduction to the basic concepts which are involved in this chapter,including the historical changes of senior managers' remuneration systems of state-owned enterprises,and the related theory on legal regulations of senior managers' remuneration,which can be regarded as the theoretical foundation of this research.The second part analyzes current situation and practical problems of senior managers' remuneration systems of state-owned enterprises by western countries from the legislation,justice system and other aspects.On this basis,the role of law are explored,and implications for senior managers' remuneration of state-owned enterprises by western countries from the legislation,justice system and other aspects.On this basis,the role of law are explored,and implications for senior managers' remuneration of state - owned enterprises are also summarized.On the basis of these chapter mentioned above,the fourth part puts forward some suggestions for improving the regulations of our senior managers' remuneration of country's state - owned enterprises.They are improving the corporate governance structure of state - owned enterprises;perfecting the legal system of senior managers' remuneration system;perfecting the information disclosure system;perfecting the relevant regulations of senior managers' remuneration.Finally,the author wish that this thesis will benefit the legal regulations of the senior managers' remuneration of state - owned enterprises.Comparative study and systematic research methods are applied in this study.First of all,the author uses the theoretical knowledge to analyze the legal issues involved in the article.Secondly,through the elaboration of the legal regulation for the senior managers' remuneration of state - owned enterprises,the author sums up the valuable experience which are beneficial for our country.Finally,the paper puts forward some relevantsuggestions,which aims at enriching the relevant theory of our country,and further explore the mode of legal regulation of senior managers' remuneration in China.
