Study On Security Mechanism Of Finance Law Of Agricultural And Pastoral Areas Of Tibet

Lack of security mechanism of finance law of agricultural and pastoral areas of Tibet, resulting in slow development of finance of agricultural and pastoral areas, thereby affecting the agricultural and pastoral areas of Tibet financial boost economic development. Investigati ng the rural finance of American and other Western developed countries, and combining with the environment of development of the financial of agricultural and pastoral areas of Tibet, it get the ideological inspiration of development of rural finance that the policy for guidance, co-finance for basis and insurance for safeguards; to establish the financial system, policy support, business operation; inter vention agency set up to law enforcement and dispute resolution revelation institutional settings. Following the successful experience and combining with finance development needs of agricultural and pastoral areas of Tibet, Tibet can reconstruct financial legal guidelines of agricultural and pastoral areas, improve financial legal system supply of agricultural and pastoral areas of Tibet, improve enforcement mechanisms of agricultural and pastoral area finance law, to achieve construction and improvement of agricultural and pastoral areas finance legal protection mechanisms of Tibet.
