Wireless trunking communication system based on MPT-1327 communication protocol is one dedicated mobile communication system, it have been widely applied in a variety of areas, such as police, armed police, firefighting. traffic management as well as Dispatching Command system for railway, civil aviation and subway. Especially in police system,350M trunking communication system has been deployed in police at various levels in China, where the police staffers can communicate voice and data by wireless terminals including interphone, vehicular-locating set and base stations etc. which make it more convenient and prompt for conducting command and dispatch by leadership.With the reform and rapid development of economy, politics and society, it brings more and more pressure and challenge to the public security. In the course of executive law enforcement, it attracts extensive attention in the whole society, so that the police have to face more and more difficulties in maintaining social stability and handling emergency situations. In this case, accurate and fast command and dispatch get more crucial to help carrying out security work including daily routine response of security alarms. Furthermore, with the steady advancement of public security information construction, using wired dispatcher station technology for rapid, effective and reasonable command has become an important part of "Intensifying the police by technology" construction. In combination with the current situation of Fuzhou Public Security Bureau, starting with serving public security work, the subject developed a set of 350M wireless trunking communication system for police command and dispatch.The topic of the current cluster of wireless commumcation network dispatching system development and construction of situations and learn lessons of their system research and design aspects of the development and application of the results, summed up the Command and Control System has built in versatility, scalability and reliability deficiencies from the Fuzhou police starting their own work identified research needs and functional design goals. Meanwhile, in the Command and Control System specific design and implementation process, continue to the discovery of the problem are summarized, and made many new design ideas. This topic based on actual police work, focusing on the needs of the specific function, considering the particularity of police dispatching work, and ultimately made a complete dispatching system solutions and software design using the latest technology to solve the system program in achieving the various problems encountered in the process.The System in Fuzhou public security command dispatching platform and New Zealand TAIT radio trunking communication network based on the development of the entire Command and Control System Design:First, dispatching system via 350M wireless LAN connection to a cluster node controller TAIT 1541, and with the to the sending and receiving of calls related to a variety of command and control signaling; hand connected to the network via the public security command center of Fuzhou Public Security Bureau police dispatching platform, providing wireless trunking communication network data interface. Therefore, the deployment of a server cluster scheduling system wired two networks must be configured to connect to two different functions of the network, and the phone as a seat PABX, PSTN and police radio voice terminal clusters and PBX line access command center, dispatch terminal through scheduling and T1541 server node controller for data exchange, to achieve the whole process of dispatching. Culminating in the. NET platform following the completion of the Command and Control system development and practical application of the system is expected to target versatility, scalability, reliability, verified, and finally summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the system, and the future research topics for further expansion and improvement of the design work was expected.
