An Analysis Of The Educational Track Of Party Cadres From The Perspective Of Purity Construction In The New Period

The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of Chinese put the purity construction into the line of the party’s construction that not only demonstrates the importance of the party’s purity construction,but also puts forward higher requirements for party cadres’ education.In addition, Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed to strengthen the education work under the the new situation. The new period, the purity construction is the research perspective of party cadres education track, on the one hand,it originates from the intrinsic link between purity construction and party cadres education track, on the other hand,it’s the realistic demand that party cadres team currently is not pure.As a kind of method to guide party cadres from their ideology,education plays a fundamental role to the purity construction of party cadres.If the basic role of education wants to implement sufficiently and achieves the target of maintaining party cadres’ purity,education must continue to innovate and improve its track.This requirement is necessary whether from the theoretical dimension,or the dimension of historical experience,or the dimension of realistic problem.The Communist Party of Chinese summed up the general standard to measure cadres which is "ability and morality " in the long-term revolution and practice.In new period, Xi Jinping clearly outlined the excellent party cadres’ specific standards with 20 words,which is "firm belief, serving the people, diligent and pragmatic, daring to play, honest and upright". Therefore, in the new period, the research of party cadres education track must aim at "ability and morality" and "five standards",and let party cadres master these goal’s historical value,real connotation and specific performance,only in these way,it can be truly beneficial to the purity construction of the party cadres.The new period, party cadres education must constantly innovate and improve its education track,in order to solve the existing purity problems of the party cadres and the realistic dilemma of party cadres education.First,as a effective supplement to the traditional classroom teaching,undergoing education should make full use of the red resources, warning education base and other resources, to arouse the party cadres’enthusiasm and initiative in rich educational form the two aspects of positive and negative. Undergoing education should improve the education process from the passive acceptance to active reflection and exchange,in order to deepen the party cadres’learning effect.Second,as an educational track to meet maximum development of party cadres,difference education should meet the different learning needs of party cadres according to the different degrees of party cadres’ purity,develop the directed education,and feedback the diversity of learning evaluation.Third, as a mirror for party cadres to check their purity,figure education should not only make party cadres to establish a excellent image in the process of internalization,but also make party cadres to actualize self-control in the overall supervision. Fourth, Party cadres education need have evaluation mechanisms and incentive mechanisms to ensure its effectiveness.
