Study On Keeping The Purity Of Rural Grassroots Party Cells Of The Communist Party Of China Based On Changping Village Survey

As the foundation of the Communist Party of China in rural areas,rural grassroots party cells are responsible for the revitalization of the rural areas,the development of agriculture and the building of new socialist countryside. Due to the fact that there is close connection between rural grassroots party cells and grassroots people,the image of rural grassroots party cells largely represent the image of the Communist Party of China. There is still some corruption among the members of rural grassroots party cells due to their low literacy rates and moral qualities. At the third session of the 18 th CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, Comrade Xi Jinping stressed “it is necessary to promote anti-corruption and the construction of the party’s working style and a clean & honest administration by deepening the reform, to ensure the relatively independence and authority of the oversight of Commission for Discipline Inspection, and to establish a scientific power structure and operation mechanism by strengthening the constraints and allocating power scientifically.” Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study on the building of the purity of rural grassroots party cells.This paper firstly reviews the domestic and foreign current research situation regarding the construction of the purity of rural grassroots party cells, outlines the definition and connotation of rural grassroots party cells and its purity,and analyzes the importance of enhancing the purity of rural grassroots party cells. Then,this paper does empirical analysis of the purity of rural grassroots party cells based on Changping village survey,and deeply understands the situation of the construction of the purity of rural grassroots party cells in Changping village through questionnaires and visits to the masses, reveals the problems of rural grassroots party cells in recent years such as weakening consciousness of Party spirit, bad style, impure Party members, poor supervision on Party members and its leaders, and gives the reasons of above problems such as lagging ideological education of Party members, disunity of some grassroots party cells and the formalism of the development of new Party members. Then, the paper puts forward countermeasures from four aspects of ideology,politics,organization,style such as strengthening the ideological education of Party members, improving political caliber of Party member, tightening the requirements of developing new Party members, and establish and strengthen the supervision system in order to strengthen the purity of rural grassroots cells,and improve combat effectiveness of rural grassroots cells.
