So in the exposition we should be aware of the importance of the intellectual property protection which can not be ignored any more, in addition our country is becoming more and more attach great importance to the protection of intellectual property rights. With the plethora of new technology and new products, the current infringement cases are becoming diversified. Some objects such as the expo name, design of exhibition of stand, exhibition board are not existing in the intellectual property rights protection system in our nation. The above stated phenomenon reflects the range of intellectual property rights protection legislation still need to extend, administrative approval is lack of strictness. These are just numerous exhibition infringement of the tip of the iceberg.
