The Study On Protection Of Intellectual Property Rights Concerning Exhibition

This dissertation discusses the protection of intellectual property rights of the exhibition.The full dissertation is divided into three parts: preface,text and conclusion.The preface part points out the development of exhibition economy in our country,the importance of intellectual property protection,and the practical significance of the research on intellectual property protection in exhibition.The body of the text consists of four chapters.The specific content is summarized as follows:The first chapter is the overview on the intellectual property protection of exhibition.This chapter first introduces the concept of exhibition and intellectual property rights,then explains the relationship between exhibition and intellectual property rights,specifically analyzes the subject of intellectual property rights and the object of protection of the exhibition,and lists the common types of intellectual property rights infringement at the exhibition.The second chapter introduces the current situation of intellectual property protection in China’s exhibition.Firstly,this chapter introduces the legislation status of intellectual property protection in China’s exhibition,then analyzes the characteristics of intellectual property protection at the exhibition,and reveals the practice of intellectual property protection in China’s exhibition through the strategy of protecting rights at Canton fair,and analyzes the existing mode of intellectual property protection in China’s exhibitions.Finally,this chapter analyzes the problems of intellectual property protection in China’s exhibition.The third chapter introduces the protection of intellectual property rights in foreign and Hong Kong exhibitions.By analyzing the protection system and methods of the United States,Germany and Switzerland,and studying the experience of intellectual property protection in Hong Kong,this chapter aims to find out the reference for intellectual property protection in China’s exhibition.The fourth chapter is the suggestion to improve the intellectual property protection of China’s exhibition.This chapter starts from legislative protection proposals,judicial protection proposals and administrative protection proposals,and points out the specific measures to improve the intellectual property protection of the exhibition.The last part is the conclusion of this dissertation,summarizes the contents of the previous chapters,and puts forward the expectation of intellectual property protection for future exhibitions.
