A Study On The Questions And Solutions In The Placement Of Demobilized Officers In Dalian City

It is an important institution adopted by our nation and army to maintain and improve the military morale that demobilized officers get ensured employment in civil sectors after serving in the army. The placement of demobilized officers has been taken seriously by governments of all levels because of its profound influence on not only individual interests but also the army’s overall morale as well as local civilian economic development and social stability. Until now, the method of demobilized officers’placement is still operated by administrative orders on the premise of completing political tasks. Meanwhile, it is also of great importance to establish and improve the security system to encourage self-driven job-hunting and to enhance the ease of choosing jobs in the open market, which is key to ensure a stable career transfer and a decent life of demobilized officers.
