The Research On The Investigation And Treatment Mechanism Of The Internet Applea In Chaoyang

For the moment, China is in the crucial period of reform and development. With the profound economic and social changes, new contradictions and new problems emerge in an endless, and now the internet appeals are becoming one of the key methods for settling these contradictions and problems. However, there are still many imperfections in this kind of settling process, especially on the construction of the investigation and treatment mechanism, which is lack of the effective system standard. It becomes the important issue for the internet appeal dealing work in this period that how to build an effective investigation and treatment mechanism to ensure the fast treatment of the internet appeal and effective feedback to the public opinion.This article has use literature analysis method, field method, interviewing method and SWOT analysis method. First, it has analyzed the research on internet appeal, civil and aboard. Second, this article has analyzed the current situation of the investigation and treatment on internet appeal in Chaoyang, pointing the problems in this dealing work and going into seriously the loopholes of the investigation and treatment works. Being aimed at the problems on the recent internet appeal investigation and treatment mechanism such as lacking coordination between different departments; the unsound evaluation mechanism:lacking the feedback mechanism for appeal; being short of screening and examining the cases, we put forward the new plan for the internet appeal investigation and treatment mechanism according to Chaoyang’s reality. This plan includes building the new platform for internet appeal; setting the perfect and normalized handling procedures; improving the evaluation mechanism; adding the evaluation feedback mechanism; analyzing the appeal and its situation regularly. The articles has put forward a new scheme for this work, whose feasibility has been analyzed by the SWOT analysis method,and at the same time it has also proposed the strategic suggestion on the SWOT analysis method for the Chaoyang internet appeal investigation and treatment mechanism, hoping the internet appeal can be expressed more convenient, and the public opinions can be replied in time, as well as solved effectively, by doing these to ensure a smooth communication and interaction between government and the public, and to reach the goal of building a service-oriented government. At last, this article has given some suggestions on improving the internet appeal investigation and treatment, providing some references for the policy decision on the internet appeal work in Chaoyang. At last, combining Chaoyang’s reality, this article proposes five suggestions including enhancing the ensuring mechanism for internet appeal; building the linkage mechanism between different departments; strengthening the training for the working staff; setting the appeal handling circular and reward and punishment mechanism; reinforcing the social supervision to improve the situation of Chaoyang internet appeal investigation and treatment mechanism.
