Research On The Submission System Of Important And Urgent Information In Chaoyang City

Our country has formed the information network system covering the central、Province、 autonomous regions and municipalities. But acquisition channel of emergency information is not smooth, emergency information reporting and handling mechanism is not perfect. These Imperfect will lead that the government can not warn and treat the emergency timely and accurately, thus affecting the effectiveness of emergency. This article will start from submitting emergency information system of Chaoyang, learn from the advanced experience of New Yorkcity and Nanning city, trying to find out the shortcomings of the system, then puts forward improvement measures to improve the efficiency of the system and increase the ability of the government to handle the emergencies.This paper uses comparative research method, literature research method and system research method. First,defining the concept of emergency and emergency information, introducing the raise and development process of the work of submitting emergency information in our country.Second, from the point of the influence factors of emergency information, analised the status and problems of important emergency information submitting system.Last, aiming at the shortage of the software, personnel quality and system construction,putted forward some reasonable suggestions to improve the efficiency of emergency management in Chaoyang City.
