As the guidance of the government’s performance evaluation, public satisfaction is an effective approach to the government’s improvement, a good way to respond to public needs. It is also a meaningful action to show the government’s public service. Therefore, several countries have recently done some research on the theory which led to practical exploration. Chinese traditional culture have a more profound explanation, such as:"If you can win the heart of the people, you can gain the word. If not, you will lose everything. ""The water on which a ship can sail can also sink it." So the "Government reconstruction" and "new public management" are an example of exploration from Britain, the United States and other western countries to carry out the development of sports.Positive responses, concerning the public’s demands, and constant ability to improve the service delivery to the people, making them satisfied with the government, improving the government’s management system, is a critical mission for the party committees and governments at all levels. Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Xin jiang Uygur Autonomous Region wants to implement the performance of public satisfaction evaluation, which has carried on the beneficial practical exploration.The full text is divided into five parts. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly proposes research background, significance, research status, etc. The second chapter is theoretical research from the public’s satisfaction evaluation index model to build two aspects. The third chapter introduces in detail the background of public’s satisfaction evaluations, specific arrangement and the results. The fourth chapter is to assess their effectiveness. Through the public’s satisfaction evaluations of the government’s performance, it analyzes the results and points out the deficiencies. The fifth chapter is the conclusion, putting forward suggestions and countermeasures, deepening our country’s government performance of public satisfaction evaluation.The main innovation of this paper lies in the public’s satisfaction evaluations of the government in Changji, Xinjiang, based on the principle of seeking the truth from facts, analysis of the results, pointing out the shortcomings, and putting forward their own opinions and standpoints. The deficiency of this paper lies in the theory, which is not deep enough and lacks clear analysis. Some problems should be further addressed and perfected.
