In the process of social development, with the rapid development of economy, ideology and culture plays an increasingly important role. In the face of the actual situation of our existing composition of the population, the largest social group of farmers in China is still in the social hierarchy, has an important position and play a decisive role. Therefore, the socialist core values cultivation on development and progress in China is particularly important.The content of this paper is divided into six parts: the first chapter mainly introduces the writing purpose and significance, research status at home and abroad, research methods and innovation, based on combing the research literature, a clear research ideas, to lay the foundation for the research of this paper. The second chapter is the definition of the core values of socialism and the basic connotation of the farmers’ dream, and on the basis of the theory of the source of the two further elaboration. The third chapter explains the socialism core values and dreams link farmers from three aspects. The fourth chapter expounds the significance and purpose of the investigation, objects and methods through the questionnaire analysis, the use of SPSS19.0 software for statistical analysis of survey data, analysis of the cultivation of socialist core values into the farmer status dream from the design of the questionnaire, including farmers of socialist core values and the present situation of the rural grass-roots cultivating socialist core values of the status quo, to obtain the first hand materials for this study. The fifth chapter is the main problems of farmers cultivate socialist core values in the analysis and find the reason, analyze the shortage of the cultivation of socialist core values, the focus is on the analysis of cultural construction in rural areas farmers group itself,propaganda and grass-roots leadership issues, and find the reason for that is the talent management mechanism the rural cultural facilities construction, peasant education is not perfect and the grass-roots organizations of the. The sixth chapter is existed in the cultivation of socialist core values of the problem, put forward the corresponding into farmers dream solution, including the enhancement of moral and cultural qualities of farmers, carry out diversified cultural activities to meet the spiritual needs of farmers, improve rural cultural infrastructure construction, policy support and improve the rural public cultural service system.
