The Research On The Interactive Evaluation Of Government Portal Website

With the development and application of network technology, government services started to go towards the era of electronic government affairs. The government portal website is the window of the government to provide information and services to the public, and the most direct way of communication and interaction between the government and the public. The construction of the government portal website and its public satisfaction can evaluate the development level of e-government of a region or department. But in fact, the use efficiency of the most regions and the department of our country’s government portal website were dissatisfied at present.Based on the above background, this paper will study on the Interactive Evaluation of Government Portal Website. The concrete research contents are as follow:1. The paper putted forward the viewpoint that the website information consists of the interactive information and the practical information, and then made the definition; and the basic idea of cybernetics was used to analyze the substance of the user’s interaction with the site, and establish interaction model; the information architecture evaluation index system is built.2. On the basis of the above, the government portals interactive evaluation system was established, and each index was explaned and descripted detailly. AHP was used to determine the weight of each index after scoring according to the relative importance.3. In order to perform a specific evaluation process above government portal interactive evaluation system, user reviews experiment was designed, and data processing methods and criteria was elaborated.4. Took Shandong province government website as an example to illustrate the practical application of the index system. Get the overall interavtivity level of Shandong province government website, and found some practical problems through the designer of user reviews experiment and the result of data calculation processing results, and then put forward the proposal.This paper has two innovations as following: 1. The paper putted forward the viewpoint that the website information consists of the interactive information and the practical information innovatively, and took the different view of inspecting the construction of the website’s interaction information to evaluate the interaction of website.The basic idea of cybernetics was used to analyze the substance of the user’s interaction with the site. 2. The paper established a government portal interactive evaluation system. In the system, government portals interactive evaluation index and the index weight distribution, user reviews experimental and data processing methods was designed.This paper will evaluate the interactive ability of the government portal website, which will be complementary to current research on it in the academic world and helpful to the development and improvement of intellectual system of Chinese e-government. Government portal interactivity evaluation method proposed in this paper, not only can be used to evaluate the existing government portal website, but also make sense in maintenance, upgrade or renewal process of the government portal website.
