In the process of global economic integration, the Free Trade Zone strategy is adopted by more and more countries. Because the contribution of service trade in the national economy is enormous, so the service trade agreement has been in the free trade agreement has occupied an important position. International service trade, which is in the trend of regional economic integration and economic globalization develops rapidly, becomes an important part of the national economy and international trade. Since Trade in Services is a critical component of International Trade, the agreement of Trade in Services is essential for Free Trade Agreement (FTA).But there is a big different level of the development of all countries’ trade in services, so it always takes a long time to negotiation to reach the agreements of trade in services and remote barriers of International Trade.Unlike International Goods Trades’ taking advantage of tariff to protect the trade, using the method of setting market access and national treatment can protect trade in services. Promotion of the free trade strategy is a comprehensive, complex project. Up to now, China has signed 12 free trade agreements, including the clause of promoting trade liberalization. Besides, China is trying his best to reach the agreement of free trade with other countries and regions to remove barriers and promote cooperation. Thus pave the way for international trade in services to pursue the rapid development of Trade in services. Hence it worth us to concern and research the agreement on trade in services.This paper mainly consisted of five parts. The first part is a summary of China Free Trade Zone Service Trade rules. Research international service trade rules, we have to understand the basic concept and characteristics and meaning of the international service trade first. And then introduces the development status of China free trade zone, analyze the reasons and legal basis for the free trade zone service trade rules. The second part is the analysis of China international service trade agreements, in the base of comparison, We can find out the advantages and disadvantages of basic clauses. In the third part,we will see three special free trade agreement which were signed by China’s mainland and Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, The Taiwan region. Due to political relations, I put them as a separate chapter, to explore the goal of agreements of service trade. The fourth part discusses the high standards of international service trade rule,what the high standards of international service trade rule effect China’s trade in services and what we can learn from high standards of international service trade rule to use in our future agreement of trade in services. The fifth part is focus of the paper. Aiming at the shortcomings of China’s service trade agreement, we will propose to sign a free trade agreement for our country. The above all serve for our country.It’s meaningful to find measures of improvement.The value of this paper is the Comprehensive research of our country signed the agreement on trade in services, according to the high standards of service trade rules challenge, and then provide advices to the international services trade agreement in the future. The shortcomings of this paper are the author’s limited academic level, May be in the study of certain provisions not strict enough.
