Respecting for freedom, protection of human rights, legal justice is the intrinsic value pursuit. Realizing the value of legal ethics need first understand what is the ethical value of law and what’s the ethics vacancy. Gaining a clear idea of these issues need dear understanding of the basic connotation, characteristics,development history, theoretical basis of the ethics of law, especially on the criminal procedural legal ethics. The paper seeks the support of modern ethical values by means of traditional ethical culture and analyzes ethical defects of the Criminal Procedure Code through qualitative analysis, historical analysis,literature research methods. And then combined with the demands of strengthening the construction of socialist nomocracy by 18th CCCP, the paper put forward countermeasures and suggestions from legislation, law enforcement and judicial. Mainly includes:scientific legislation, perfecting the scope of subject of right of Immunity of relatives witness,perfecting the illegal evidence exclusion rule; Enhancing the restriction and supervision on enforcement behavior, improving the responsibility system, strengthening guidance of enforcement ethical; strengthening construction of judiciary procession, guaranteeing the exercise of judicial power independently, etc.Ethics of criminal procedure law is helpful to make the ethical spirit of freedom, justice, rights realized and carried forward in the field of criminal procedure, and to realize the value pursuit of respecting for freedom,protecting human rights and realizing justice; In addition, it is also helpful to respect for each individual person, and plays an important role on better adapting to changes in the development and on promoting socialist rule in the direction toward a more human development.
