Study On The Elderly Community Planning In Jinan

With the acceleration of aging, the pension problems of the elderly are becoming more and more serious, city elderly community as a new endowment mode, it not only has the advantage of family comfort, not cut social intercourse, but also has the advantage of professional medical care, not drag on his family, it can provide diversified, multi-level pension choice for elderly people.This paper first studies and analyzes the related theory at home and abroad and the elderly community planning and construction practice, meanwhile sums up the experience and lessons about the elderly community planning and construction, putting forward some related enlightenments about the development of the elderly community. At the same time, taking Jinan as the research object of this paper, through the analysis of aging status, elderly community needs and elderly community construction situation in Jinan, and on the basis, putting forward the elderly community planning strategies in Jinan from its location and scale, the elderly community overall layout, etc.The first chapter of the paper is the introduction, summarizing the research background, meanwhile, putting forward the research content,research framework and methods. The second chapter is theoretical research, it defines the meaning and characteristics of the elderly community, and analyzes the related theories home and abroad elderly community. The second chapter is practical research, it summarizes the domestic and foreign planning and construction practice, and gives the analysis of typical cases. The fourth chapter is the elderly community in Jinan present situation investigation and demand analysis research, analysis of the old people’s physiological characteristics and social aging situation in Jinan, and investigates the status of supply and demand of elderly community. The fifth chapter is the research on the geographical location and size, combined with GIS technology, doing specific research into the location choice of elderly community in Jinan. The sixth chapter is the research on the planning and design, proposing specific planning suggestions from the elderly community function zoning, road and traffic organization, etc.
